When I first entered this relationship, Journey’s was a 20-store mall retailer. My strategy was to bring “attitude” in every aspect of the work we created. To make sure that the customers could identify with the Brand, we implemented using “real kids” instead of traditional models. I was challenged by Journeys to develop and to continually reinvent their marketing, with the objective of branding as well as driving multi-channel traffic to stores, web, and catalog.
